Intro to Obstacle Course Racing

Learn about American Ninja Warrior Obstacles. Let our experienced instructors help train your muscles to glide through challenging NinjaBE FitGames. This class delivers an introductory view of Ninja Warrior obstacle course elements within the NinjaBE Shinobi Zone course. Students participate in muscle strength & conditioning exercises that help to successfully maneuver obstacles. Course objective is to build confidence needed to attempt physically challenging tasks.

Class Info:

Socks are included. Participant must be 48 inches tall. Athletic wear (No jeans) and sneakers are required. Missed classes can NOT be rescheduled.

Minimum Enrollment (4) must be met

before class is confirmed.

(Priority to NinjaBE Members if MAX enrollment)

No refunds after class confirmation.
